@Kingbeastguy the mjolnnir mark 6 does not require health packs it has built in bio foam system which heals most minor injuries and can hold the major ones just long enough for proper medical treatment. Bio foams effectiveness is cemented in halo 3 odst where it saved romeos life.

Mark 5 on the other hand has no built in bio foam bits which why health packs where needed to heal injuries

the grenade would phase only up to about a commander i would say and chief can only carry 4 grenades at a time and in his 360 degree shield he is rendered immoble while using and the shield phases out and needs rest over prolongued use
