I feel guilty because during those hard years, I was busy with my own life-out of touch with what Michael was doing. I quietly supported him but not much more than that. When he died I couldn't believe it, still not dealing with it well. I went back and listened to all his work and realized his greatness. Now he's in my daily life - I have all his DVD's and music. Didn't know he was going to go - yes we should have praised him more while he was here. Doesn't stop me from loving him now.

His death came as a total shock and surprise to us all and had he lived he may have gotten the award, but later in life. His career was not expected to end yet and since it has, it is only right that he gets the award now.

I have to say that there isn't and never will be an artist that desrves this award more than Michael. What i'm trying to say is that Michael not only was great in music business but he was the one who helped so many kids helped others had a great heart and didn't deserve all the hurt that he got back for his kindness. He trusted many people but they betrayed him , Michael didn't deserve to be betrayed.

Prince has released many albums in recent years, he in fact released 3 in the last year Lotusflower & MPLSound, but with better success in the states where he has reached old selling heights he seems to focus more there, but he has been touring extensively & releasing work often.
