we are flying these RC Kite every friday night from 9.30pm-12midnight @ the open field at bukit timah just opposite the Esso pump station, bukit timah market and food court.

we're using the normal led lights that can be found in some hobby shops....nothing special. btw, where do you normally fly your kite?
