Greece is 2% of European GDP Even the other PIGS are mostly service based. The Northern countries (Germanic ) and France are the critical mass.
If Greece cant borrow any money they either get a bailout and cut costs or they get out of the Euro and start printing their old Drachmas again like mad.
Either way no major impact except for the Greeks themselves (lots of pain)

The cuts are stating in the UK too. Boris Johnson cuts Met police funding. He has cut £16m. Small but its the first of many.
