  • You are correct - this was recorded on BBC 1 Scotland. If the last programme of the day was a network programme they would often leave the closedown to the BBC in London. This may still happen today - i.e. The handover to News 24 may come from London.

  • @p0ab Oh? I was always under the impression that BBC1 Scotland would do their own closedown every night even if their last closedown was the same as BBC1 network in London? I'm sure I've seen separate closedowns from BBC1 and the BBC1 national regions from the same dates where they closed down at almost exactly the same times.

  • @AidanLunn I'm sure you are correct. However on this particular date the closedown came from London.
