Look at the download link, at the bottom of the page you have the beta forum for the bombs and console, you may ask there (ofpec).

now, how do you play on a other map. i copy it to another map and it will not work

It works for any map as long as you make the action available for the player in the other map, see the init.sqf files of the example missions.

where do u put the file once u download it?

The file has a folder with three mission folders inside, place them there where you place your missions for the editor.
