The tomb will show you the map of the Dragon Shrine, be there around 11:56 A.M. until Noon. Go to the gardens around the Imperial Palace and looking for the tomb before noon.

@2curtis6 They aren't really a quest item is the thing. Find the end of this part of the quest and go to that shrine you have to activate at Noon when the sun hits it. Might let you advance.

If, you are lost, check the map, like at 3:32. Check the map to see how big the room that you are in or the room that you are facing in the sewers or not. Try to remember which way you go into, before you got. And use the map.

You have to let her study the books and then wait 24 hours until she'll tell you more, then you have to wait ANOTHER 24 to get to know where you need to go. Tar meena is usually on the bottom floor of the Arcane University from 9AM to around 6PM, or later.

Halo 1 and 2 were co-op, and had 4 player multiplayer on the same console, up to 16 system link and for Halo 2 Xbox Live, which were made before the 360, which was made before 2006, so that is not why, it's just because this was supposed to be a Single Player game, it would have just been awesome if it was co-op on the same console or over LIVE.

The higher your blade skill the stronger the Umbra becomes until around 35 I think (when you become an Expert in armory where you can make armor and weapons at 125% instead of 100%.)

Just go into the main jail place and find a chest that says "Evidence chest." Open it and all the items are in there.

when you got all four books it's easy to see where the message is hidden. even without the 3rd book you can get a good idea where the mithic dawn is. the first 2 tell you what area, while the last 2 shorten out the area.

Don't worry about bothering me, I'm glad to answer any questions.

Silver weapons are randomly around Oblivion, usually in Fighters guilds you can find them. To level up turn your difficulty up higher and kill a ton of monsters or get a spell that does illusion and keep casting it, as it will raise your Major skill which levels you up.

Any city besides the imperial city, usually around a fountain or statue in the middle of the city. You gotta talk to the main guild person to join it.
