thanks i know all of this lol... i perform my reps @ different speeds each set and i dont do weighted crunches every workout...thank u but i think i know what im doing... ;) oh and i actually want blocky abs.. i dont like that traditional lean feminine stomach, i like having block abs!!!!! :D
going fast for reps is nice but try this next time do not move or swing your torso while u hand an dlift your legs in a slow controled squeeze ...it will make a whole world of difference ...also stop doing crunches with weights it WILL MAKE YOUR ABS WIDE AND BLOCKY !! ..do only body weight ab movements unless you wanna be thick in teh waist liek a nfl linebacker :)

@fu7zh9 just keep at it as you get stronger you'll "catch" yourself at the bottom and it becomes second nature not to swing.
