They have one every fall, it's not my place. The most recent one was pretty lame in the fact that they asked for a "donation" of $5 and if you didn't pay you couldn't get in so it wasn't technically a "donation" they just called it that so they couldn't get sued for not having insurance if anyone got hurt.

It takes place in the fall after the crops are harvested, anyone can go and take a run at a it. If your in Johnson, you'd want to head to Hardwick and then take 14 towards montpellier. It's in east montpellier, you can't miss it, I'll let you know when it happens

why does the bed fly up when they hit a bump hard.

it's either the body/frame twisting or the frame is broken. With long trucks the body twists alot.  I have a 85 Chevy on 38's ( froze out in a mud hole right now ) but when I take it on trails the tail gate will open becuase the body twists and flexes alot.

Not sure who creates the stretch of mud, but they do it every year after farming is over.
