It is however unfortunate that they put only message to watch speedlimit into these, it does not help a bit when you follow speedlimit and weather is causing heavy fog.

When driving at highway one should try to predict and preapre to unexcepted, also focus what is far ahead instead of car at front of one.

Many a time people move over with out checking or they just sit in one position not realising they are causing a danger behind ( Say like sitting in the over taking lane as a road goes into one and holding up people over taking a HGV say). Good advice you give but driving is being aware 360.

@toyotasera55 indeed, it should be required skill before getting license these days, at least in here Finland required skills are lagging far behind traffic density, but only thing anyone is interested is speedlimits, there is good reason for that too, it is almost only thing that is monitored by police.

Driving is not rocket science, but everyone should be required at least do some driving and not just being passengers at driver's seat. Sure more than half drive just fine, but many don't.

Yes, Observation is a skill often lacking today with many distractions to the driver. I agree, in the U.K, the density must mean so many people are passing, but are they really all good enough? Speed is often the focus, but there are many factors, alcohol/drugs, phones, poor vehicle maintenance etc. Yes, its just the one time is all it takes, people never learn till it happens.
