Having her athletic booty in the air necessarily doesn't make it a bad push-up (this is simply causing an angular change to make the press more of an incline press....which most agree is actually a harder angle than a flat or decline press!) The key I would argure with hip height is that whatever height it is relative to the shoulders...it should remain constant...which she does an excellent job of doing.
What IS a "correct" push-up? There is an infinite variety of different types of push-ups one can do for different purposes. One could argue that she isn't going down far enough. Another could counter-argue that going all the way to the floor (sternum and chin) could (depending or limb-body proportions) emliminate a constant tension rep by having the elbow reletively go 10 degrees past the shoulder.

@MyDogNamedHoney the chest doesn't necessarily have to hit the floor but if you want to do a proper push up the focus is the tricep and so elbows must be beside the body.

She is not going all the way down. That's a girlie push-up. For few months I couldn't even do 15; I thought I had reached my max. Then all of sudden, I went from 20 to 30, 40, and 50, in less than 3 weeks. Now do 90 in one set.
according to the guiness book of records (yeah I know I've done my research, lol) you only have to lower yourself until arms are at 90 degress at the elbow joint. As some peoples arms are disproportionately short it balances things out to some extent, pheww
