i'm often sent youtube clips of ghost investigations and I usually give them a good pasting as being a load of rubbish.... this one however was excellent, good solid accurate history is the foundation of any investigation, without it your just peeing in the wind, I hope to see more from Spiral :)

This place is still up for sale, the reserve price has dropped at auction from £380,000 down to £275,000 but still failed to reach price with best offer going in at £250,000.
Needs about £200,000 spending on it to get it up to scratch let alone restore it.
The private owners of the mansion better thank those ghosts because thanks to them, the house is going to be worth more than it's actual value! Or maybe less since there might not be as much interest for a haunted mansion as one might think.
these house is no haunted by the ghost, it is just the noise water pipes, my freind work here for 6 year and she see NO ghost, just becase some thing is old does no mean that they are a haunted ;-)
I lived in a house in Southsea, Portsmouth where we experienced rapping of the walls and I had a young girl come and stand over me at night in my bedroom. The week before we left the house in 1973 there was an article in the evening paper about a ghost hunter. He said his dog was extremely sensitive to hauntings and refused to walk past a house in Cousins Grove. We wanted to contact the paper and ask him the number of the house the dog disliked- it was our road!

Since the Wymering house is currently privately-owned, were the owners able to furnish the Spiral team with their own paranormal documentation - videotape, photos, audio-recordings, ETC to authenticate the alleged hauntings ? It's NOT clear which part of the house is the most highly-charged w/ paranormal activity. The investigation started in the music
room, the medium was sensing something NOT residual, what exactly was he sensing? The investigation moved to the main lounge area & then to a first-floor room, but there's NO clear consensus among the team members as to what type of activity they were sensing - a few of the members sensed a male presence, the others sensed a female & a child presence. It's also NOT clear if traumatic events took place in that house, naturally there would be no residual trauma in the house.
The hauntings do NOT appear to be intelligent but are simply recurring. The spirits there are NOT cognitive of or are oblivious to their environment. The overall investigation was relatively uneventful. Regardless, I enjoyed this video. Very well done & ably conducted by the Spiral team. Overall, a very good presentation. Thanks for sharing. :-)
