Elder Scrolls Oblivion how to level up fast

I made a Spell called, " Blizzard Entertainment "... ROTFLMMFAO !!! It's a Huge Projectile Area Effect Frost Dominant Spell w/ Shock and Fire DMG and 100% Weakness for all 3 (Duration: 3 Seconds). 300 Frost DMG 300 Shock DMG 300 Fire DMG = TRUE PAIN >.<

I Cast Spells by Touch that do Area DMG... Lmao ! I Touch 1 Enemy and kill enemies around him/her !!! Lmao !!!

I can kill almost anything w/ 1 Spell... But only after I Buff myself 1st. I get my Magicka, Intelligence & Willpower 2 ridiculous levels, then I Cast Spells that deal like 2K DMG !!! Touch Of Eternity (One of my Spell names) !!!

I'm a Spellcaster and I've Maxed Out All My Primary Attributes... Is there a way to get past the level you're on when you've Maxed Out !? I haven't played in a while because of it... I Maxed Out like on level 47. :~(

Ok for Mages to level up you need to have spells as one of your major stats then you get into the arcane university and make spells that are under your major spell use catorgory then you set every thing to the lowest so it only takes 1 mana and you keep using it and you level like a charm Enjoy!!!

i give you a glitch i found it in myself :D

take a ring and go to an alter of enchanting put the ring on it and a GRAND SOUL GEM. than use forfity magicka and name it just a ...

duplicate the ring you get two....

take all of the two and wear 1

and then DULPICATE THE UNEQUIPD 1

they go al of the 2 in one ring and there you have it.....24 magicka ++++ do that many times

with that glitch im very good magicker

You can just go to the ??? shrine... the one with the dragon statue. the worshippers there are frozen and cannot die... Go crazy on them!!! just remeber to buy many repair hammers.

When will the mobs Respawn in oblivion on my ps3 there is like a dead slaughetrish spawn and i need its scales for a quest but there seems to be only one and that one is lying on the road ( dragged him there :P ) can anyone tell me when the monster or beasts wil respawn?
