Okay there is a singer called serge gainsbourg or something like that whit exactly the same song but the name of the song is "lemon incest "

Yes, Serge took the melody from this tune to make his song. "Tristesse", covered nicely by Apollo 100, is another name for the original classical piece by Chopin: Etude Opus10 number 3 in E major
