This is true. i have ADD and i couldn't even process all the words in this video, i had to keep rewinding certain parts of the video to catch every word. I also think too much about random stuff, which kind of benefits in some ways but its very destracting. im definately going to seek help and medication because it's stressing my girlfriend out and it's not doing much good in my life.

ADHD is real and serious I had it all my life, im 28 years old and I just found out not too long ago ive never had medication for it or treatment it sucks, I think too much which makes it hard to focus on anything. It makes you feel stupid. When I was younger in grade school I was like a class clown. makes me sad.

I am 24 years old, I know I have some depression and have very little motivation in the things I do, often procrastinating. so we will see, it would make sense to me if I have it..

This is all that drugs do. A depressed person will do great with drugs until a certain point where he has to up his dosage. Then his body will start to deteriorate, he can't sleep well, his own energy is sapped as he keeps destroying his body and mind with drugs. go here cchr.com
