Hello and thank you for the comment. I did some lectures on recent works of the Twentieth Century and their compositional techniques with my BA Sonic Arts students. I included Arvo Pärt’s Cantus in Memory of Benjamin Britten and Ligeti’s Lux Aeterna as they share the some canonic working. I am glad you like this version. Nick Redfern
Thanks so much for posting this WITH the score. It is good reading, so simple and yet so complex. I really like the 3rd movement also, sometime this work confuses me. I have a more mysterious sounding copy and can not always tell when the soprano is singing and when it is my imagination.
