In the christmas in 2007, im got the Imperial Star Destroyer. Im remember how long it takes to build. About 3-4 hours or somthing around it.

I really didn't like how the interior was handled. I basically ripped everything out including the support wall in the middle and ended up making a little tower to support the part that carries the bridge.I also made a plate to cover the stupid windows on the bridge. Taking out those dumb missile launchers on the side helps too. It looks a lot better now.

Thanks for all the kind words. Originally there was another song for this video that fitted so great, but it has been removed unfortunately. Well anyway, it took long time to build because for each brick we stood back and took a picture with the camera (not filmed, but snapshots) more than 1600 pics where taken and edited together, that is stop motion and that is why you see no hands building in the video, think that must be clear for anyone now. Once again thanks for all the positive feedback!

They don't do it by hand anymore! They do it the "hip" way now a days THEY HAVE MACHINES that scoop up the pieces and put them in the bags, the only human interaction I believe is picking up the finished box and shipping it out to a retailer

That is an amazing stop motion! I have this particular set and have made a few changes, notably building landing gears, removing excess plating (leaving a nice light gray hull) and general reinforcing and interior re-arranging.

Just so you know, the sides of the bridge are supposed to have the flat surface facing forwards and angled surfaces to the rear.
