@venuslock35 Well said. I live over a meth factory which has put a fume vent behind a phony wall covering a bathroom window where they funnel their filthy fumes into my apartment. (I counter using a leaf blower in the floor & pour water on it.) They are the most vile, despicable POS on the face of the earth. They stink anyway because their pores ooze the crap they make & take. This has been going on for 2 yrs. NYPD is totally useless. I'm waiting for the feds to do something.

Cops that used to bust meth labs years ago, didnt wear protective clothing bc @ the time, they didnt know how TOXIC it was to even be around it. Some yrs later...those officers now have MAJOR health problems. & it was from busting meth labs w/o being protected.

& if you reported this meth lab & the cops arent doing anything...they r prob gettin paid by the dealers or the DEA knows about it, has an undercover alrdy there & trying to bust the main drug dealer. Instead of calling NYPD....try calling DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) & let em know that the cops arent doing ANYTHING about this meth lab. & then do whatever you can to get the money & MOVE OUT! @venuslock35 I got so frustrated by NYPD,I contacted the DEA a few months ago. They visited the druggies apartment, who probably due to their meth dementia, let them in. The place in the bathroom by the window, where most of the cooking fumes come up, was hidden by a phony wall. I know how dangerous it is; the fumes made my cat very sick & I had to put him down. I explained what was happening to the DEA. I pray every day that they arrest them soon. Thanks for your prayers; I need them.

@narezul LOL, thats funny but you said it well. I completely agree. I have heard about the banks a little bit, but haven't heard much details. I know there are domestic special interest elements like pharmaceutical companies, beer companies, tobacco companies, banks, dupont, coal, oil, and plasic companies that would lose big business if prohibition was lifted. Then outside elements like cartels also playing with american politics. Drugs could be the new currency if they were abundant enough.

@narezul - Crystal meth is more difficult to manufacture than what a junkie would brew up in their kitchen.

However, crystal meth is much less expensive to manufacture than coca is to grow and pound per pound they're worth about the same on the streets.

@silentfades Nope, only x-rays. Animals in some cases more than offen have alot better adaptations than machines. It takes alot for a trained drug dog to get side tracked. Lead wont really deture them from finding it. How do you think they found it in the first place? Good question though.

Let's see. So 12M Americans have tried meth "at least once". I did in my youth. Once. Didn't care for it. Went on with my life. Didn't think much about it again until we decided to launch a "war" on it.
