I only succeeded in it once when I tested... this ranks as one of the hardest swimming glitch locations in GoW II, and it has a pretty limited payoff as well, only a few areas.

Stuck in the column thingy? You mean after I've got over the wall near the start of the vid? You just have to jump down below, so that you hit water but stay half-way inside the wall. It's not an easy jump, and I couldn't reproduce it for the vid, so it isn't seen here.

If you are curious about swimming glitch and want to try it out, I recommend doing it at some easier location first, like at Euryale's temple.

The glitch itself is just to get into water while outside bounds. Some spots are easier for doing this, some harder - this one is ultimately one of the harder ones because you have to do a high jump. Also, all maps of the game don't even have water.

For the easiest swim glitch spot in the game, search a vid on Youtube called "Get Euryale's head & keep regenerating magic (V2)".

You can't harm Colossus while swimming, and the next area can't be accessed by swimming (at least by my experimentations) so basically, the fight itself is as far as you can go.
