Once I tried to call them to ask if BG was ending, and the first thing they asked (after 20 MINUTES OF STUPID SONGS WHILE I WAS QUEUEING FOR THE CALL) was "How old are you?" -.- I said "IM CALLING FROM ITALY!!" cuz they were taking me a lot of time and you know, I called the Canadian number and it costed me about 2 euros for a call which could have been done in 2 minutes! (but it took me 30 minutes..) xP

You can get them by buying a VIP membership online (you get one for buying the 3 months membership, and 2 pjs for buying the membership 6 months long). Or you can still get them at Twilight Woods! It only works for VIPs (at Twilight Woods u find winter version of those!)
