@gr436 yeah i can tell you the chords:

Basically are :F#//Eb minor//B//C#

Eb resolves in F# two times. The second you played F# continue with C# and then B resolves in C# two times again.

Then the same F#//Eb minor//B//C#

Hope this can help you ^^ (the chords are basically arpegios)
