Wow, This worked i didn't expect it to at first since everyone i asked always said my action replay could just be broken, I never seen this way of fixing it before, Did you figure this out on your own? :o

But anyways to a point your a pretty smart kid keep up the good work if you keep working on things like this you could probably make a good job in a technical career and trust technology is always upgrading and on demand so jobs wont be a problem for you. it said it needs a digitally signed driver, but i have the actual cd this thing is brand new i uninstall and delete drivers and try again and it says windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install it dsi ar hw programmer device windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device a rence hardware or software change might have installed

Tried this method, along with many other ones. See, I lost the cd. So I downloaded the software version of the device manager. Used your method (Because i'm having the same problem as everyone else here) however I still get the message "No device Manager could be found" Pretty sure it's my AR that is at fault. Thnks for the video anyway!

i got to the installation part but when installing it didnt work and says
