  • dogs always helped us in many things to find people and kids crystal castillo

  • dogs always helped us in many things to find people and kids

  • 9/11?? WE DON'T NEED TO REMEMBER ANY OF THE PAST! WE NEED TO STAND UP GO FORWARD AND FIGHT FOR AMERICA! FORGET ABOUT TOLERATION, THE CUSTOMARY RIGHTS AND THE FEELINGS OF THOSE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS FOOLS INHABITING OUR COUNTRY! DEPORT THOSE WHO ARE ANTI-AMERICAN AND THE PLAGUE WITHIN OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES FOR OUR INACTION AND COMPLACENCY! THE NEXT TIME THESE FOOLS ACT IT WILL BE MORE HORRIFIC THAN BEFORE! MOST ASSUREDLY IT WILL BE A PLANNED NUCLEAR ATTACK ON AMERICA! TOO LATE! WHAT THEN!

  • Thank you to all of our servicemen and women in the police departments, fire and rescue squads, armed forces, and service animals for your courage, bravery, loyalty, and sacrifice to God and country. Each and every one of you are truly a blessing from God and we are so appreciative of everything you and your families sacrifice for our freedom. **Additional Tributes on our YouTube Page

  • And for Git Ander May he always be remembered: Sunday, September 30, 2001 World Trade Center Rescue Dog Shot and Killed - An unfortunate case of mistaken identity has resulted in the death of one of New Jersey's finest rescuers. "Git Ander", a seven-year-old German Shepherd who searched for survivors in the rubble of the World Trade Center was shot to death by two Plainfield police officers who mistook him for a vicious stray.... No one was ever charged for his 'murder' ;(

  • thx - rescue dog from czech republic - these dogs are real angels, I know that many of them no longer with us, but I believe that their legacy will be here forever

  • Dog=God spelled backwards....

    Bless their souls!!

  • @6789out

God Bless You and your beloved Katie! She will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge, you know!

Sad so many dogs (and humans) developed serious medical issues after the recovery efforts and have passed on.

  • The song is called the change by Garth Brooks a

  • dose anyone know who's this song by or what it's called?

  • LOL.....Prosecute MLM leaders for fu**ing dogs

  • One from them was jack russell terier???

  • @Fiacolata Looks like it, doesn't it? Makes sense as they are small, very smart & love to work. I suppose they could go where larger heavier dogs couldn't...

  • @beakerjnj I know I have one :-) This is why I ask

  • prosecute bush for killing dogs

  • @mrmike677 How can you say it's our their fault? I'm sure the government isn't going to hijack a plane and kill alot of people because they don't like them. People are cruel but the only people who've had problems are the ones in other countries, coming out here and sneaking around. A fuckin terrorist got into the army and killed my friends friend. Come to ifnd out he was doing military research while "enlisted" only to blow someone up because he was caught.

  • what song is that???

  • 1 minute and 42 seconds later... and my eyes are blurred with tears.

  • to all those who have passed on may you rest in peace you sweet little angels and to all those still living you are true heros

  • the pic at :56 is so cute

  • I feel bad for thes poor dogs they had no idea waht was going on but that did matter too them they kown peolpe need help and taht all they cared about they kown they had a job too too and as much as heroes as the cops firefihgts and the EMT"s where

  • Dog spelled backwards is God

May all who gave their life RIP

We will never forget this tragic event, may God comfort all who lost loved ones that day.

    God Bless America.

  • You very seldom ever hear about the 4 legged heros. God bless them and their families.

  • We will never forget the k9s as well.

  • And God bless those souls who did not survive the effects of that day.

  • My cousin has a rescue dog in Los Angels and when they responded to a major train accident, where the carnage was beyond understanding, he said that it was affecting his partner right away as the deep desire to go in a search for living victims was not going to happen as there were none...he could see the pain in his pups face and bodily movements. Broke my cousin's heart but they both know it's part of the job.

  • these dogs did what they were trained todo and you know deep down they were crying just not shedding tears, may those whp have passed may they rest in peace knowing they were heroes to

  • every video i have watched about 9/11 has given me goosebumps and as long as there r good videos like this America will never forget 9/11. i know i never will forget that day

  • this was amazing

  • I cried, thank you that was a beautiful tribute.

  • those animals did alot that day ... and in some way - we should recognize what they did

  • Fucking terrorist.

  • Very touching, I have to admit that I never thought about this side of the story. Thank you for bringing it to light.

  • never forget

  • Dogs. They never say anything. They just do as they are trained to. No objections. I know all the honor goes to the people who went through the rubble on 9/11 but without the dogs, many more lives would have been lost.

  • what song is it?

    this is great

  • Oh my heart goes out to the rescue dogs, my friend was a canine certified massage therapist, I was a medical massage therapist, we worked with firefighters, NYPD and the rescue dogs....I get their fatigue and pain

  • KUDOS from an old police "puppy chaser" (dog trainer handler). Misty was the best partner I ever had. She not only saved lives bay taking dope off the street, she always had my back.

  • great vid. these guys are amazing also giving there lives to protect. Losing ur partner is like losing ur brother.

  • god save our dog and our home dogs yo

  • I am so glad someone is recognizing our furry heroes. I don't think people realize how much these dogs did on 9/11 and the following days. Dogs are amazing creatures and were blessed to have them.

  • they are still helping us sniff out ieds and kick the taliban/ foreign fighters networks asses

  • Please be kind and try to bring them home. When we bagged from Nam, they were mostly all left behind. They deserved better.

    Thanks

  • All our men and women in honorable service (Soldiers, police, fire and medical) are great and brave. But our service animals take it to a whole new level. They don't serve out of obligation or duty, they serve out of love.

  • love and dedication

  • @daionara my dad is a fireman and so is my 2 favorite uncles and all the fire r becoming family and the older i am getting it scars me thinking one day he might not come home

  • *sniffle**sniffle*

  • My respect to the four legged! Hugz...

  • for anyone who does not think

    dog's rule

    your heart is foul

    and you are a fool.

  • Then leave, we don't want you here.

  • you are a scum bag, dogs rescued people from burning buildings, and other hazards for hundreds of years, dogs that helped rescue people in 9/11 saved many civilians.

  • Great vid

  • great song for this viedo

  • WoW, you have some serious anger issues. You need to take another long walk on the beach.

  • Have you EVER seen a search dog who doesn't find their victim? Those animals will search until the point of complete exhaustion and get legitimately sad when they don't make a find. Many WTC dogs died from injuries and toxic exposures, one actually was a Port Authority Police K9. God Bless SAR K9's and their handlers everywhere. Your work is a true gift.

  • technically you're saying humans don't have souls... humans are just more sophisticated animals... ANIMALS HAVE SOULS... THEY SAVE THEIR MASTERS, THEY EVEN SAVE PEOPLE THEY DON'T KNOW!

  • When rescue dogs are working, they always stage a "live rescue" at the end of their day, so the end on a high note.

  • the animals in todays service have earned the title " silent heros" not becuase they cant speak, cry or laugh but its because they know they have a job and they dont quit until its done. God bless every human and animal that is serving today

  • Amen my friend, amen.

  • Great song for a great video! Thanx dogs!

  • shut the fuck up this is a tribute page not a fuckin conspiracy page show your damn respects or get out u dont like the country think its a lie?then get out

R.I.P. to all those who died

  • You can just go fuck yourself... I fight every day for the you to have the fucking freedom to say that... I don't car if it was a conspiracy or not. They have to answer to God for it. Pay your respects to the ones who died. If you wont fight, honor their memories, or help in someone... get the FUCK out of my country!

  • this song makes me cry soo much

  • was there any dogs who died during the search? or even maybe after? *sobbing*

  • yes i remember watching an interview of a firefighter and he was talking about his dog and said that he helped rescue a lot of ppl and i think lost him after the collapse, he asked if anyone found him to return him..he was crying and God i was crying so bad when i saw that

  • im sure there was

  • Okay, I remembered hearing Phil Stacey singing it, searched it here in the music category and found it! Found out we can listened to it sung by Garth Brooks, that he made this song after the bombing of Oklahoma. It is recently added on youtube and it is great! Heart-wrenching pictures of the bombing in the video!

  • The song is "The Change" by Garth Brooks

  • Beautiful... I so love this song! The message is so powerful! Who sings that? What is it called?

Does everyone realize that all of those heroes are on the BSL list and can be taken from their homes and killed if/when the law passes?

Great way to thank our heroes...

  • So beautiful.

    Mans best friend.........

  • *crying* well done emily

  • yes i agree i could watch it all made me cry too much xx

  • A beautiful, emotional video...
