@alexanderblake86 Really depends on what you like to play. A Customs are a really good all around cymbal in my opinion. I've used them live for everything from Southern rock, Blues to Metal. Meinl has a variety of cymbals, but the MB20's are mainly hard rock and Metal. If your a heavy hitter A customs will crack over time but they still hold up really well. That just my experience with them though. Ask around... Rock on!

@alexanderblake86 Thanks man! I wanted another set and stated out looking at rides and went with the 24" pure metal ride which is my favorite ride I ever played. The hats sound about the same and the MB20's are much heavier and more durable. The A customs are a bit brighter, and the only MB20 crash I have so far is a 17" Heavy crash. I still use A customs 15,16,17 crashes and when it comes time to replace those I plan on lighter Meinl's either light MB20's or even some of their other lines.

@mrmarkymark58 Thanks man! I use a blue snowball usb condenser mic and eq in garage band. My camcorder mic is garbage and all you would hear is cymbals...
