I doubt he really owns this song. If he had then he'd post the real full song/video. But the only part of the song he has in this video is of him standing in a boat.  And from the sound of it, it sounds like he used a sound clip from Basshunter's version of the song. XD Plus, someone laughs in the background when he says he's gonna sue! They wouldn't laugh if it was for real.
