@kennysuavo I don't know exactly how this works. I took normal damage until I entered Sheol. In Sheol I suddenly was invincible. Maybe it was a glitch with the use of the full health pill, but I am not sure. I've uploaded the whole run on my channel. Maybe you can figure out how this works, but maybe it is patched now.
