I like how he ties the notes together and teaches to play with emotion. I've seen Yngwie stop a show after 2 songs because he didn't like the way the sound was. I'm not a big fan still I wanted to see his show. But I can respect his decision to not play if he was not happy with his sound. My opinion is Metal shredding and emotion are for the guitarist and listener that likes that style.

If I might add, the physics adage of the shortest distance between two points is a straight line and as simply as this sounds most overlook it > The fastest speed for point A to get to point B is when the 2 points are at the shortest distance from each other. In other words if your fingers barely come off the strings they can go back down much quicker. You demonstrate this well in a few licks starting at 1:24. Good stuff my friend!
