I love Immortal for many reasons but among them is this:

There's no mention of satan or malcontent their lyrics. Immortal aren't about being some rebellious teenage morons. Immortal are about painting a picture. One of cold, of grim frost and of the darkness of the north lands. And, unlike all of those "Hail Satan!" black metal bands you see these days, Immortal achieve what they intend.
