@KiLaKeKzE i guess you have windows 7 but dont worry I will try to help for you :). Press right mouse click on CS 1.6 on your desktop, then go to properties/compatibility and press ,,run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service pack 2)". If you have windows 7 it should work.
