This was when the New Jersey Sound was still in full effect! Mentalinstrum = Smack Productions (Eddie Perez). Remember you had Blaze, Kerri Chandler, Michael Watford, Adeava, all making music from that area. You had Tony Humpheries spinning tunes from all these cats & more. He had Moving records & Easy street records from that area to spinning record at Club Zanzibar.
In England, missed out as such. All we could do is buy records.
I haven't heard this before, but boy does it sound good.

I miss those days as well. The early 1990's to mid 1990's were great for Soulful, Funky House and Garage music. So much variety in the music then.
