when i bind my keys it doesnt work i will always have to reload, use the eve hypo...etc my bindings : f10, insert, delete....etc

For the few who are having problems getting the cheats to work, make sure you chose the keybindings under [engine.input] (first set of bindings) rather than sets after like [radialactive] etc because those are for different senarios like hacking something and the radial user interface, the engine.input is for actual gameplay. another "cheat" is walk ,which'll reset the cheats, bringing you back into normal gameplay.

i got a problem, i found the file, but when i save it, it doesn't work, i reload and all the bindings are gone. how do i save it permenantly? (i'm on vista)

open it with administrator and save it .. or (first open notepad or whatever in admin , then change everything , and save it ^^ )

i have bioshock but i downloaded it off steam, i just want to know, how do i open the file location, because when i right click it open file location isn't there. PLZ HELP

I really don't know. I don't mess with Steam... Maybe one of the major cheat sites have info on steam versions. You'll have to look it up. IGN or gamespot are my favorites.

I don't have the Steam version but I know where all the files are. This may be different for you but look around.

Program Files/Valve/Steam/SteamApps/[n­ame]/bioshock

@BoyluvWOW Yeh Some Operating Systems dont use the folders or keep them private ... like my laptop runs on linux so it doesnt have anything in the game folders at all... Linux is good i think every1 should try it > my opinion but my advice is have 2 computers ready ( if you can obv ) because linux isnt the greatest for gaming personaly i have fucked mine up cos i cant play my games on linux and my graphic drivers wont install properly but might just be me > But linux is amazing for other uses!

hmm... only 1 cheat at a time? does that mean I cant apply the "god" and when I run out of eve I have to use a "eve thingy" every time? that would suck pretty hard ...

yes u can only use one at a time on bioshock i think becaues if u was to use all the cheats u can find u would crash the game and mostlike lee the same to your computer

You can. I promise and I know for a fact. I do all the time. Maybe your computer's different but on MINE I can use more than one cheat at a time.

I have checked on gamespot and the cheats are not like u state not case sensetive just normal. What are they supposed to be like? and where did u get them from.

Actually they might not be(case sensitive). Just look it up and see I guess. I think it would be fine either way.BUT i suggest you look it up JUST to make sure.thanks for watching btw.

I'm sorry about that but i have no idea,

on my computer there's only a DefUser config file.Don't know what to tell you.this is for anybody else trying to use this for a different version.If you don't have the normal

retail version you might screw something up.DON'T TRY IT!!! p.s. my computer took a dump and i can't seem to be able to login anywhere else. that's why it took so long to reply.

does there have to be a spacific place to put the code in or can you put it any of the lines in the defuser.ini file and i bought it off of steam does the cheats work on that version
