You would definitely not want to eat a coyote...any animal that is a carnivore (with a few exceptions) does not taste very good, especially if it hunts frequently. It would be lean, stringy and muscular. Tough, to put it mildly. Coyotes populations are exploding in the United States. They are now in places they were not in 500 years ago, like Maine. I live in California, and they live in several cities in the Los Angeles area, such as Huntington Beach, Malibu and in LA itself.

From what I saw, when he drew the arrow back, you see white fletch on the arrow, when they go to the impact itself, you can see a pink fletch, i do realize that there might be a chance that it's the back ground light, but not all the way to the animal, and it's not the nock

I have taken many coyotes witha bow in South Texas. If you don't keep their population in check, they will over run the deer and turkey then they will start taking farm animals. A few years back, we had areal problem with the coyotes spreading rabies. Great Video.

If you would read the description, you would see that it said that he was deer hunting. So, yes, the coyote is dead, but he doesn't want to spook any deer that could be within hearing distance.

NIce, yotes are like the toughest bow kill there is. A few weeks ago I had a friend that actually got a double on coyotes with his bow. I told him to buy a lottery ticket that day.

Hey great shot on a small target, nice going. All my days in a tree stand I have never had a coyote come under, well over 100 deer with the bow and never a yote. Congrats.

*GASP* THAT'S MEAN! Hahaha just kidding. The suprise kills at the end of an unsuccessful hunt are satisfying aren't they? I killed a squirrel at the end of a fruitless day deer hunting and made it into a single meatball.

awesome job, i would love to take a coyote with my bow. The coyotes out here in Az are pretty chicken because every one and their brother have shot at one and not always hit them.
