Let me explain it this way. When a caucasian man steals millions of dollars from his company's pension plan, ruining the retirement of thousands of people no one says all whites are horrible thieves. It's only people classified as minorities that are viewed as monolithic rather than individuals.

I mean what he is talking about in the vid is true "there arent too many blacks on here" but when ppl see his vid they are leaving comments like yeah "N***** are too lazy and stupid like you" I have nothing wrong with comedy cuz I can take a joke but i think he went too far. The video makes it easier for racist to say crap! You know?

that's just how the human mind works.when something happens you remember it and link it together with things that happen in your life.
i totally understand where you are coming from as i am also an African American woman.
all we can do is set a standard for ourselves, strive to be above it, set examples for others to see and hope they follow our example.
