Far Cry 2 is fun, but it came out at a time where games are coming in good supply.

Fable II, World at War, Gears of War 2, Saints Row 2 and Fallout 3.

All these games came out within like a week or so of this game. This game could've been more successful had it been released in February or further on next year.

It was somewhat a let down from what people built it up to be, but overall it was a great game.

Yeah, I see where you are coming from. It is very much a console game. After Fallout 3 came out I pretty much stopped playing. It's an ok game, not as great as it was made out to be though. :(
