Probably part of it but not the whole thing. The whole front end of the orbiter survived the intial break up but was ripped apart by the supersonic airflow within seconds. You can see it in the side view of the explosion. But look at 2:27. You can clearly see the drogue chute from an SRB. Chilling.

The film at 2:27 and 3:10 is film of a different launch failure. I don't know which one but I know for a fact that the film is not of the Challenger.
