  • @fitkimTV take off your shirt! Show us your titts! Or shut the fuck up

  • @whedonfreak976 I wanna fuck you!

  • you can leave out the milk, and it would have the consistency of soft serve.

  • @bubblemuffinxp Great suggestion!

  • This girl is hella HOT ! I am in love

  • I totally luv ice-cream!!!

I've tried it at home but my blender won't even start!! I did it at a friend's house instead, and it tasted great~

  • That's a great recipe. I might just try this one,I love peanut butter and bananas. I never tried the almond milk before. It just looks so delicious. I wanted to try a sip if I could reach into the screen here. lol ;)

Kim I read your litle story here and I just love the way you speak, the way you think. Always positive. And you are the most attractive woman I've seen, really. Best smile, most beautiful face and body. You really make me smile and feel good my dear. Big Hugs :)))

  • We need the good fats in our bodies everyday right? Like nuts and seeds olive oil, avacados, flax oil, coconut oil is really good for us I read. :)

  • @cbrb40 Thank you! And yes, you do need healthy fats in your diet every day. The ones you suggested are great options. Cheers!

  • Is there any alternate to the almond or peanut butter??, im not a nutty person i dont mind the milk but milk and butter is a bit too much almond/ nuts for me..

  • @FathersFigah You could try replacing the almond butter with greek yogurt...

  • @FitKimTV yay!!! just bought some today!!! thanks

  • mmm i can't wait to try this:) i need to get myself i good blender though! i love your videos:)xx

  • @BabyKitz1 Check out my blog at FitKim.com and go to FitKim Favs to see the blender I have. Totally worth the investment!

  • omg u look super cute! XD

  • my husband loves loves loves ice cream. and we have seen the effects it has to the body. we cut it out completely and it is wonderful to be able to add it back to our lives. i know he will be happy!!

  • @britsunshine1 That makes me so happy! I am posting a strawberry-banana smoothie recipe soon-it tastes like dessert in a glass!

  • The title was misleading in the fact that you did some core work as well. Something I would like to add is that if you are going to get into plank position, maybe do a side view instead of head on so that you don't get perv-subs. Overall great channel.

  • @twittytumbles Which video are you referring to? I didn't do too much core in this one:)

  • NICE ! looks so tasty and yummy :)

which is a good thing because its healthy too !

  • this is an excellent idea. I just tried it and it is awesome. More cool ideas !!!

  • boost your voice

  • Mmmmm!!!

the ice cream looks good too

  • Ah! Ah! Actually, a crazy idea just flickered in my head! I am in LOVE with "Haagen Dazs" Dulce De Leche Ice Cream. I actually eat a whole pint almost daily! My mom says I'm killing myself, but maybe you can make a more healthier version of Dulce De Leche Ice cream! That would be awesome! :)

  • @imastermyblade Yes, your mother is right, listen to her:) i will take up your suggestion-thank you!

  • @FitKimTV Thank you (^~^)

  • I'd love to try this with strawberries. Any ideas on what I can substitute the almond butter/peanut butter with for the strawberry recipe?

  • @nn102707 That's a tough one-maybe some plain greek yogurt?

  • @FitKimTV Sounds good!

  • Seems yummy! I will definitely try this next time I have bananas on hand.

  • my mouth is watering, I love almond milk, another delicious healthy recipe, thanks.

  • I WANT YOU TO BE MY ICE CREAM,,I"LL BE UR BANANA

  • @rzarzarzarza84 What is the datorade????

  • looks delicious and healthy, can't wait to try!

  • that looks good Kim! I'll try it :)

  • Hey Kim, you look beautiful in today's video! Great recipe, also.

  • Awesome I luv your channel>>More More More

  • Awesome! will try this but without any nut butter.

Have you tried making a datorade, it is so yummy! :)

  • i tried it it was very good.... can you freeze it overnight or is it something you have to eat quickly

  • @jazzellelamar00 It is best served right away, but if you do freeze it, let it thaw out a bit. If you put it in the fridge, it can be used for the base of a yummy smoothie.

  • love the recipe & the bonus article<3 you're remarkable Kim!

  • Thanks for the feedback, everyone!!! Let us know what variations you come up with!

  • @FitKimTV yum, this looks good, i will make it favored and thumbs upped the video

  • Great vid, think I'll try the banana/strawberry idea because strawberries are so good right now....I like the idea of yogurt along with the milk too!Yum!

  • I am going to have to try it this weekend when my sweet tooth kicks in. I have been very impressed with your videos and hopefully will get to see more in the future

  • not bad-i think there might be too much milk in it though...thats why its so runny. Really cool idea though and i saw another recipie in the related vids that came out more like ice cream (she froze her bananas for 24 hrs) so i think i'll attempt some version! Thanks so this wonderful idea!

  • I want it thicker, so after blending I stuck it back in the freezer to try to let it solid up a bit more like ice cream. If that doesn't work I think I'll add a bit of Greek Yogurt to it to make it thicker.. : )

  • @BarbA31 also try adding less milk and freezing the bananas longer (24hrs).

  • @orlendatube Thanks will try that..

  • @un0m3asa13ah I would still include 1 banana and replace the other banana with your frozen strawberries. The banana gives it that creaminess that is so great about ice cream.

  • What if we prefer strawberries? Is there a way to do it with strawberries?

  • @un0m3asa13ah yeah frozen strawberris should work too! freeze your own or buy them already frozen in the store (note freezing pieces, or buying frozen pieces will blend better than who strawberries!)

  • yummy!! will have to try this out... :-)

  • can we substitute almond butter for MUTTELA?

  • @mar96silva Yes, you can-let us know how it turns out!
