If you are, you can go down his list of so-called "indirect aid," from aid to a NATO ally - Turkey - to military protection for Persian Gulf Oil, and what it boils down to is that he attributes to the Israeli Palestinian conflict, expenditure the U.S. would have incurred in any case.
Moreover, please provide government website sources for your claim that aid to Israel is a gift or grant.
