  • This is very scientifically incorrect towards the end, she claims that your body is using the energy provided by the food you consumed late at night simply to digest itself. Why do people listen to such uneducated opinionated randomers, being a vegan requires allot of adaptation in terms of your diet however this does not suggest you have a higher level of understanding the bodies process of digesting food. You should probably mention to your viewers that your methods are scientifically unsound.

  • i eat nothing during the day lol at night i stuff my self with chips, cookies and pizza as i watch my favourite series. lol

  • some people eat at night because they work at night....so is this okay then?

  • I have been watching your videos and I really appreciate all your help. Thank you for your honesty. you are very easy to and its so nice. You are a gift. Thanks for making videos.

  • learning how bad all those snack foods are for me was a powerful motivator to stay raw and I found i am much less likely to snack at night when all there is to eat in the house is salad, fruits and raw seeds.

  • This is such a great video! Your insights are right on target. I have had this bad habit from time to time of eating pizzas late a night. I realized that this was a "routine," and I was able to break it with your insights. Thanks again! Your videos are always chock full of great information and insight! Thanks, Nata!!

  • I have a problem...I'm starting college in august and I start classes at 12pm and I don't get home till 6pm 4 days a week...if I eat after 6 or 7 I end up gaining 2 or 3 pounds...what should I do?

  • @babygurl10490

have an in n out burger once in a while. it's not going to kill you.

  • well, did the no eating past 6 thing for a few years and felt great doing it...found first three days were hardest - flossed, brushed teeth at or before 6, drank water to get through - however, the great feeling i got helped me to easily stay on this plan the rest of the time - beware of boys (and others) who want you to eat later, so they can have company when they eat, though...saboteurs!

  • Also refined sugar and sugary products makes you crave more... cut them out and you will notice a positive difference in your eating habits

  • I have a HUGE problem with late eating.. I have this crunch craving at night!

  • You are so right...i saw myself in so many of those scenarios i lol. I'm on a diet now though and have lost weight but right now i'm stiffling the urge to go and eat crackers and jam. Your vid stopped me for at least 10 mins anyway, i will try harder ; )

  • I live with my dad and his favorite food is Mayonaise and bread... he will sit there at night and eat half a loaf... but ive tried and tried to get him to eat anything remotely healthy so i have to make 2 meals... a healthy one for me and a greasy one for him... its not easy... he is actually sitting across from me eating a bag of marshmallows right now... i dont even want that kind of food in the house but i end up eating it cause its there...

  • Great topic! Late night snacking is normal, your body knows you are going to be resting for 8 (aprox.) hours. If you are eating right and timely you should be alright to "snack" a couple hours before you sleep. Your body still functions while you sleep. :D The key element is not to allow your body to go malnourished. But I get your point, don't grub on Ice cream and sleep right after...Not good.

  • Do you do your eyebrows yourself? They look really nice.

    And great video

  • haha, i agree!! you look especially pretty today =D

  • great video! glad you made one on this subject. i have problems that deal with this.
