the cops at rothbury were great, they didnt bother anyone. only time i saw them do anything was helping people who were waaay too intoxicated

It's awesome that the cop was cool enough to do that, BUT it really puts out a bad vibe to see em actually IN the events area. They should stay on the outskirts of the event only to be called in IF needed. Guns and uniforms are not very conducive for a good time. Burning Man used to keep em outside the city, now they wander the city streets...It's a real buzz kill to be trippin balls and come face to face with one.

cops in the small town realize there little tiny town is on the spotlight that weekend bringing major revenue for a downed economy. They gave us a ride to our campsite after walking to the gas station for many cases of booze. They want us to come back. They wont bother us for a few more years.

I partook in some gong bathage at Camp Bisco last year. What a great, super relaxing experience. I was floating on waves of sound in front of Jerry's Blue Iceberg. Definitely going for a second time at Rothbury, because it's worth the wait. I highly recommend it.

Holy shit!! My brother and I walked up on this and at first saw a big crowd and some cops and were like, "Uh-oh, first bust of the festival we're gonna witness" Then we realized the cop was in the chair and were like "Only at Rothbury huh?" Very nice. This says a lot about the festival :-)
