1. This guy has a crappy body that is covered in fat, admit it.
2. He's not performing the exercises correctly to effectively work the muscles nor was he achieving a full range of motion. His work-out effectiveness is 25% at best.
3. He's just carelessly throwing the wheights around. It's only a matter of time before he injures himself.
4. Hypnosis is an accredited factor in improving physical fitness, this video, however does not set a good example.
reminds me vaguely of some things ive read from deepak chopra. wont go into too much detail but for example different species of animal and even insect when raised in an environment where theres a limiting factor continue to display inability to do certain perfectly normal things even when the put in a free environment. e.g mosquitos raised in a sealed jar are unable to fly above the level of the lid even when its taken off, cats raised in rooms with only horizontal lines blind to vertical lines
