Wow. Cat three sprinters, eh? Very unsophisticated tactics, with a blatant waste of available banking. I think a 200 meter time would be irrelevant here. And, I didn't know the lower categories even had a District Championships. It kinda removes the motivation to achieve cat1/2 levels. Back in my day, if you wanted to race districts, you raced whoever showed up, i.e. Cat 1's et al. A pretty piss-poor showing, guys. Next time, use the whole track, and decide who leads on the first lap!
