I worked under the supervision of Ms. Rippe-Hoffman as well. Her knowledge, expertise, and dedication to the students and their families, make her the outstanding administrator that she is. I can't imagine that anyone will be able to do a better job at PS 215. The higher ups in the DOE really don't have a clue what those of us in the front lines have to deal with.

A more professional, hardworking and dedicated principal would be hard to find. Ms. Rippe-Hoffman was my supervisor and mentor at another school in district 27. At times,  dedication, hard work and love for children is not enough for the suits in the DOE. Unfortunately, that's all we educators can offer. What else does Mr. Walcott have in mind?
