  • Beautiful Model!

  • Ive been on the real thing on the Dartmouth steam railway

  • wow

  • I got mine the other day! I must say it is truly a remarkable model! Well Done Hornby

The only downside is no coupling at the window end for layouts that have run round loops like mine :(

  • Wating for this to come out in gauge 1 £800 full kit with every thing

  • i saw that carriage today!!!

  • Brilliant! Is this out yet?

  • actually its the pdsr one

  • no its the Swanage railway one

  • It is a Must have, Is it the one on the Llangollen Railway?

It would look nice behind my NRM Scotsman and my rake of Hornby Pullmans. How much is it, i might pre-order one

  • i believe it's based on the paignton and dartmouth version

the cost varies- pre-order at hattons for example for about £40, others from £40-£50.

Otherwise, it's about £50 when out

  • no its the one at swanage

  • i have went on this it is is devon pulled by a steam train

  • the Paignton & Dartmouth steam railway

  • Fantastic! Pity we could not see the interior illumination working as i think the detail is amazing. Could we please know how easy it is to get apart, and is it DCC ready so we can switch the lights on and off? regards Nick

  • It's illuminated the same way as the lit Pullman coaches, so would have to be modified to turn on and off.

  • who needs HD ?

i watch this in nomal q its AMAZING

  • I think it is a fab model. Well done Hornby

  • I have mine on order. I hope it likes running in San Diego. Should I try placing a surfboard in it? I have seen surfers off Bude.

  • Im in Love lol

  • looking good can't wait to get 1

  • Wonderful product, thanks Hornby

  • Man, this should be a movie. Lol

  • It seems cool because it's diffrent.

  • It doesn't fit into my region, time period or railway at all, but...

...I want one. Simply beautiful design, beautifully recreated by Hornby in 4mm. Just lovely.

  • All that detail but where is the tail-lamp ?

  • looks really Great, would look even better with some scale people on board, seem s you can see so much of the interior that it shows more than other carraiges how empty it is.

  • I agree. Lets hope it comes apart easily to allow us to add passengers!

  • Can't wait for it!!! Looks actually awesome!!

  • With a LNWR coach underframe, could Hornby model Pre-Grouping?

    :Wishful Thinking:

  • I hope there'll be a coupling for the other end too, as my layout is a terminus....

Looks great, can't wait to get it

  • I'm trying to work out a way for the Devon Belle to run through Lancaster.

  • Very artisticly done - well done Hornby.

    Beautiful model indeed.

    Toys? I think not!!

  • Iv'e been in that kind of carridge on PDSR but it was called Torbay Belle or somthing like that

  • this one is based off the one at swanage

  • Absolutely super model! Already ordered mine from Mind The Gap in Paignton and I can't wait to get hold of it. :)

  • all i can say is.... wow
