@PBANDSNOW I heard Guns met Henley when they were working in the same studio. They had to persuade him to play with them at the American Music Awards. Henley was afraid he couldn't play drums for a metal song. GNR assured him "Patience" was a ballad and he would be perfect for it.

Great performance but I think it also shows the beginning of the friction that was going to ultimately end this band. Notice how far off the axl's left that slash is...he isnt even in the shot till they pan way far out. I think that distance is telling us there is a little tension between slash and axl...
