is american a language yet?

the LATIN alphabet is used in countless countries around the world, and has probably the most recognisable characters internationally. some people (and not all) use these characters instead of there own countries/cultures to reach a larger audience.

we're fully aware that you may believe that america is "the best country in the world, YEA!!" but please have a little interest in what going on beyond your own shores.
