Okay, if you want a first class and highly quality services of a train then just go to the overseas, where there you don't just get the good services, but also a higher price if you could afford. Malaysia is just started to adopt a modern train system, but soon we are getting like what they have too!
@mozartmas the coaches are now longer, newer trains have been made and used. The new coaches have 4-6 cars (2X longer) with better seats and MUCH COLDER A/Conditioning. The noise just indicates the speed of the train (very fast) and newer seats are now equipped on the new sets with better capacity.
i am prefer like STAR LRT...
long coaches...

3.very crowded during peak hours.
4.the coaches are short and the seats are too small for big ppl to sit.
5.very noisy when the train is moving especially in the underground part.
6.the fare gates are dirty and not maintained properly.
7.the air conditioning system is worst and even ppl can get suffocated in a minute.
(the aircon is filled with dust-no maintenance is carried out):(

kelana jaya line is not my choice because:-
1.always face technical difficulties.
2.the ceiling at the underground stations are not well and leaking at most stations' roofs.

PUTRA is shorter than Kelana Jaya Line, hence many people stick to the name PUTRA.
