Dont agree I aw himon feb 14th 2010 at O2 and they were both amazing. Claptons solo performance was better than Becls and clapton's solo on I shot the Sheriff was the best of the night. Beck did more soloing here as when they played together Clapton did all the singing as Beck cant sing!!! Watch excerps from Claptons solo tour a few weeks later. His playing was amazing, and if you dont believe me read the reviews on whereseric website. Clapton has got better and better with age

Sadly, Eric did not play with the same passion on the recent tour. Saw both nights in NY (I NEVER miss Jeff Beck) and Eric seemed to leave it all to Jeff. It puts JB in a quandary onstage. The virtuoso, with his ingenious musical Tourette's style is very-self conscious about his powerful attack. Eric is the master of the long blues melodies (nobody does it better) and here he show's it. Great seeing them onstage together! Nice post! Thanks.

This is the show that kicked off the recent tour. Sadly EC did not play with the same passion in NY. Jeff the virtuoso, with his ingenious musical Tourette's style& Eric with his melody.Nobody can build the long melody like EC. Great to see them onstage again!
