i noticed that the music was added to drown out the verbal commands from the officers. did the man resist arrest? yes. did he grab an officer and attempt to knock him down? yes. should the man have been hit in the face with a fist. no. not with that many cops to help subdue him. every situation is different.
That was one cop and a number of fire fighters, not a lot of cops.
