ive just came back after a week in saalbach and the temperature is about 0 or about that and the snow was melting a bit on friday so the snows not that powdery.

ussualy Saalbach have good snow conditions :D
most of Austria does, if you go there at october time :P

Saalbach is nice ski center, optimal for family hollyday, most important is good weather, than is skiing amazing...
