sick reese. i recommend turning that lfo 1 to 2/1, makes the frequency sweep a little less annoying. I'd say this is pretty close to the bass in excision and subvert's darkness. turn the portamento on, eq with a vocoder, and go nuts!

quick question, howcome when you automated the frequency in the filter it warped the sound? i watched this tutorial like 40 times to try to figure out what i did different and it seems like you left out a step somewhere cus it sounds pretty similar but i cant make that little warp sound with the nob

I dont understand that part where you put output and input cables in each part. This is actually my first time using reason 4 (my first time using any sound design program) and could you further explain how to get to that tab?

@112kicker perhaps you should start with learning the basics of Reason before diving into patching like this :) there are plenty of great beginners tutorials on youtube.

to get to show the back of the rack (the part with all the cables and shit) press TAB.

How did you did the automation on this track? (born in sugar) I can´t figure it out...

@Yuraman its mostly just on the filter frequency and the pitch bend, both drawn in with the mouse. generally the frequency gets higher as the pitch gets lower, and I timed it with the drums. :) i hope that helped lol... if not just reply to this or send me a pm.

and yea, it makes it a bit difficult with Reason, since it doesn't do audio, but I'm getting Reason 5 and Record soon hopefully... which will solve that obviously. :)
